E-HOUSES
Modular solution
Integration and Centralization of Electrical Systems
NORD designs and develops E-Houses for the integration and centralization of electrical and automation systems in industrial plants.
Depending on the project, the solution can accommodate medium-voltage switchgear, Main Low-Voltage Switchboards (MLVS), Motor Control Centers (MCCs), distribution boards, capacitor banks, active harmonic filters, motor drive systems, PLC and remote I/O panels, metering, communication, and auxiliary systems within a single integrated unit.
The engineering process takes an integrated approach to electrical, mechanical, thermal, environmental, logistical, operational, and maintenance requirements.
Key Advantages
One of the main advantages of the E-House is that a significant portion of system assembly, electrical connections, and integration can be completed in advance, reducing on-site activities and providing greater control over the interfaces between different equipment.
The design also considers accessibility, internal circulation, cable entry and exit points, ventilation and air conditioning, maintenance, and potential for future expansion.
More than just a structure for housing electrical panels, the NORD E-House is designed as an integrated electrical system, facilitating installation, operation, and maintenance.
